Cancellation Policy: 

Please call and cancel your appointment at least 24 hours prior to your appointment time. I understand that things happen however please call in order to let me know as soon as possible.

If you do not show up to your appointment and fail to call, you are subject to being charged 100% of the massage session if you do not reschedule your appointment within 48 hours. If you have any concerns please contact me.

Late Policy:

If you are going to be 5 minutes late please call me to inform me that you will be late. If you are going to be more than 10 minutes late please call me to reschedule your appointment. I truly value everyone's time so in order to avoid affecting other appointments and other people's time then I would rather we reschedule your appointment in order to make sure that you receive the most time and relaxation from your massage session. All sessions begin and end at scheduled times.

Confidentiality Policy:

I do respect your privacy and therefore, I do not share any personal information with anyone. If you consent to sharing your information with a relative, family or your Doctor I will receive consent prior to providing your information. 

Minor:

If you are under the age of 18 years old please have your parent at the massage appointment and fill out the Minor Consent form in the Forms section on this site. I will not massage on any minor under the age of 15 years old. 

Payment: 

I accept Visa, MasterCard, AmericanExpress, Discover cards. I also accept cash for payment of services. 

All payments are due at the time of service. Along with all promotional offers are needed at the time of service. If no voucher is provided, full price will be obtained.

 Please note if you have a cold, flu, sore throat, stomach virus, poison ivy, skin rash, anything contagious I aks please reschedule your appointment.
